With regards to the proposed Landfill at Bo. Sapang, I strongly doubt if the multi various adverse effects of the proposed landfill has been effectively studied,researched and measures are set and in place if and when an adverse event occur when the landfill is in peration, i.e., damage to infrastructures (access roads), contamination of grounwater and aquifers, soil contamination, gas leakage generated by organic wastes decay, consequently creating danger or threaten residents of and adjoining areas not to mention the impact basic nuisnces such as noise, dust, odor, etc. I am just hoping for the best, that the Landfill operator has analyzed the various and myriad problems and adverse effects it causes to the environment and resident, that there are capable and knowledgeable personel involved in the operations, that there are enough and adequate logistics to manage and control effectively the landfill site effectively.
